Responsibilities:

1. Creates, gains approval for, and maintains guidelines for the look and feel of company website, Internet and Intranet.

2. Renews web content as needed, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information presented. Monitors site traffic and helps scale site capacity to meet customer demands.

3. Creates new pages as required to promote events or information

4. Responds to emails and phone calls concerning website

5. Manages network operations to include troubleshooting connectivity problems; installing and maintaining routers, adding/terminating users; assigning rights and access; resetting passwords; establishing e-mail addresses; assessing and reporting operational status; performing backups and restores; etc.

6. Evaluates and/or recommend purchases of computers, network hardware, peripheral equipment, and software; Investigates user problems, identifies their source, determines possible solutions, tests and implements solutions. Performs and/or oversees software and application development, installation, and upgrades.

7. Troubleshoots networks, systems, and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational difficulties. (Including: Troubleshooting workstations, networks, software applications, phones, copiers, ECT.)

8. Develops and conducts various training and instruction for system users on operating systems, relational databases, and other applications; assist users in maximizing use of networks and computing systems.

9. Identifies utilization patterns and their effect on operation/system availability and performance expectations.

10. Anticipates communication and networking problems and implement preventive measures.

11. Establishes and performs maintenance programs following company and vendor standards.

12. Investigates, recommends and installs enhancements and operating procedures that optimize network availability.

13. Maintains confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed by the network.

14. Serves as primary contact for other technical issues as they may arise. Provides front line support and response for IT related problems

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1. AA or certification in Web Development, Design or related field or 1-2 years professional experience in a

Web-related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully

Perform the essential functions of the job.

2. Demonstrated knowledge of web development and site management applications, Adobe Photoshop and the Microsoft Office Suite.

3. Demonstrated understanding of effective design techniques and standards including user interface design, graphics creation, production, and optimization for the web.

4. Someone energetic, confident and highly motivated with excellent organization, communication, listening skills and flexible hours looking for a great opportunity. (May require overtime)

5. Any photography and programing experience a big plus!

6. Knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, Perl, HTML, CSS.

7. Previous exp. running a wholesale/retail website and Bilingual Spanish a BIG plus!

Job Objective:

• Demonstrates technical selling skills and product knowledge in all areas, to allow giving effective presentation of product.
• Complete understanding of pricing, product and quality.

• Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients of the various products the company offers to their business.
• Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, direct mail and email.
• Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals.
• Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities.
• Maintain contact with all clients to ensure high levels of Client Satisfaction.
• Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
• Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
• Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma with 1-2 years of sales experience.
